New Delhi: The Congress party on Monday said all efforts were being made to locate the helicopter carrying Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu, which has been missing since Saturday.

Congress spokesman Manish Tewari said that 'the entire spectrum of resources have been deployed to fullest measure' to trace the missing helicopter and the leader.
Union Ministers Mukul Wasnik and V. Narayansamy arrived in Itanagar on Monday to monitor operations to trace the missing helicopter which carried the chief minister and four other people.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi had also spoken to the members of Khandu's family.
Tewari said it was an hour of trial and tribulations for the people of Arunachal Pradesh and 'our prayers are with them'.

Officials said the helicopter carrying Khandu remained untraced for the third straight day Monday even as authorities zeroed in on three probable locations to track down the chopper.
